How It Works
Try It Risk-Free: Purchase any EISH Coffee product and enjoy the freedom to experience new flavors without hesitation.
30-Day Window: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Full Refund, No Questions Asked: We’ll provide a full refund upon receiving the returned product—no explanations needed. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund under our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, please ensure the following:
Product Quantity: At least three-quarters (3/4) of the coffee must remain in the original packaging. This ensures we can process your return fairly.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for returning the product to us. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of shipping the coffee back to our designated return address.
Original Packaging: Whenever possible, return the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with the return to help us process your refund quickly.

How to Return Your Coffee
1. Contact our customer support team at coffee@eishcoffee.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
2. Package the coffee securely, ensuring at least 3/4 of the product remains, and include your proof of purchase.
3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team. (Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.)
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your full refund within 2-5 business days] to your original payment method.
