Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund under our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, please ensure the following:
- Product Quantity: At least three-quarters (3/4) of the coffee must remain in the original packaging. This ensures we can process your return fairly.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for returning the product to us. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of shipping the coffee back to our designated return address.
- Original Packaging: Whenever possible, return the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with the return to help us process your refund quickly.
How to Return Your Coffee
1. Contact our customer support team at coffee@eishcoffee.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
2. Package the coffee securely, ensuring at least 3/4 of the product remains, and include your proof of purchase.
3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team. (Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.)
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your full refund within 2-5 business days] to your original payment method.
