  • Payment: By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes. We use secure third-party payment processors, and we do not store your payment information directly.
  • Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as payment issues, suspected fraud, or inventory shortages.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.
  • Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
  • International Orders: For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all EISH Coffee products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Return Conditions: To qualify for a refund, at least three-quarters (3/4) of the coffee must remain in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to our designated address.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Virginia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit against EISH Coffee.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.
