EISH Coffee Shipping Policy

At EISH Coffee, we’re dedicated to bringing the rich flavors of Africa to your doorstep as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders from www.eishcoffee.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, such as holidays or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Confirmation: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package’s journey.
  • Order Changes: We strive to process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed. Please contact us immediately at coffee@eishcoffee.com or contact form if you need to modify your order.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. This includes the 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories.
  • International Shipping: We offer shipping to select international destinations. Available countries are listed at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at [insert email] to inquire about potential shipping options.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Due to customs regulations or carrier limitations, we may be unable to ship to certain regions or countries. We reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping to a specific location is not feasible.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping Options: We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS and others to offer a range of shipping methods. Available options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected delivery method. Costs are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold of $50 or during promotional periods. Eligibility for free shipping will be indicated at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Typical estimates are:
    • Domestic (United States): 3-7 business days for standard shipping.
    • International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
  • Tracking: For most orders, a tracking number will be provided via email once your package ships. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier’s website.

5. Risk of Loss and Title

  • Transfer of Risk: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. EISH Coffee is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they leave our facility.
  • Delivery Issues: If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We can assist in filing a claim if necessary, but resolution is ultimately the carrier’s responsibility.

6. International Shipping Considerations

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or product price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays. We have no control over these processes and cannot predict or expedite them.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees or other reasons, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs or fees incurred. Refunds will only be issued for the product cost (minus original shipping fees) once the package is returned to us.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with resending the order.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at coffee@eishcoffee.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, provide a replacement or refund.
